At Croft Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer a simple and stress-free return process.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@croftcollective.com with your order number. Once this window has passed, the order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If your package has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it; however, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, subject to our standard return policy.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Unused

If you have any questions, email info@croftcollective.com with your order number, and our support team will reach out and assist you throughout the process. 

Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge you any restocking fees.

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

There is no cost to the customer if the product:

  • Is damaged by the carrier

  • Is defective in any way

  • Is incorrect

Customer Remorse (If you Change your Mind)

The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost if:

  • The wrong item was ordered

  • The item is no longer wanted

  • The item does not fit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@croftcollective.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Item
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, documents and everything else that was included with the product/packaging.

  3. Send It Back
    Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size, colour, or item. To start the process, please email us at info@croftcollective.com, and our team will ensure a seamless transition for your order.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, as processing times may vary by bank.

Order Not Delivered

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to info@croftcollective.com with your order number. We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package. Should it be confirmed lost, we’ll gladly offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

We may update our Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated ‘Last Updated’ date.
